You may return items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, excluding return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us at info@wpyard.xyz.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product, provided it is in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges are also available. If you would like a different product instead of a refund, please contact us at info@wpyard.xyz or submit a request through our contact form, and we will assist you with the exchange.
