1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Wpyard and to every agreement concluded between Wpyard and the consumer. The terms and conditions are publicly accessible on the website. A written copy will be provided upon request.
1.2. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of delivery and payment. Wpyard reserves the right to change its terms of delivery and/or payment after the expiration of the term.
1.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wpyard does not recognize the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties.
1.4. Wpyard guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.

Delivery
3.1. Delivery will take place while stocks last.
3.2. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the USA takes 5–10 business days.
3.3. If delivery is not possible (e.g., item out of stock), the customer will be notified within one month and may cancel the order without charge.
3.4. Delivery obligations are considered fulfilled once items are offered to the customer. Carrier reports serve as proof of delivery.
3.5. All delivery times on the website are indicative. No rights can be derived from these times.
3.6. The customer is responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.

Prices
4.1. Prices will not be increased during the offer period, unless legally required or if the manufacturer increases prices.
4.2. All prices are subject to printing or typographical errors. No liability is accepted for such errors.
4.3. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

Inspection period / right of withdrawal
5.1. Consumers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To return, notify us by email at info@wpyard.xyz
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items using the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: service contracts after full performance, custom-made items, opened cosmetics or hygiene products, perishable goods, or goods that cannot be returned due to hygiene or spoilage reasons.

Data management
6.1. Customer information is stored in the customer database and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Wpyard respects user privacy and treats personal data confidentially.
6.3. Mailing list communications include instructions to unsubscribe.

Warranty and conformity
7.1. Products comply with the agreement, specifications, and reasonable standards.
7.2. Manufacturer guarantees do not affect consumer rights under US law.
7.3. Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days. Items must be returned in original packaging. Use or modification of defective goods voids complaints.
7.4. If complaints are justified, Wpyard will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Liability is limited to the product purchase price.
7.5. Wpyard is not liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence of staff.
7.6. Warranty does not apply if the purchaser modifies the product, handles it contrary to instructions, or uses it under abnormal conditions.

Offers
8.1. Offers are non-binding unless expressly stated.
8.2. Oral commitments are only binding if confirmed in writing.
8.3. Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
8.4. Obvious errors or typos do not bind Wpyard.
8.5. Amendments or agreements are valid only if made in writing.
8.6. By agreeing to these terms, customers also agree to associated promotional terms.

Agreement
9.1. An agreement is concluded after feasibility of the order is assessed.
9.2. Wpyard reserves the right to refuse orders without explanation.

Images and specifications
10.1. All images, dimensions, colors, and labels on the website are indicative and approximate.

Force Majeure
11.1. Wpyard is not liable if obligations cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, supplier delays, internet/power outages, strikes, government measures, or illness.
11.2. We may suspend, amend, or terminate obligations without penalty in such cases.
11.3. Partially delivered orders may be invoiced separately.

Liability
12.1. Wpyard is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products.
12.2. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect customer addresses.

Complaints procedure
13.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering a defect.
13.2. We respond within 14 days or acknowledge receipt and provide an estimated resolution time.
13.3. Justified complaints will be handled by repair or replacement at no cost.

Applicable law / competent court
14.1. US law applies to all agreements.
14.2. Disputes will be heard in the competent court of the state where Wpyard is registered, unless otherwise agreed.
